A futuristic animation directed by by Hélène Jeudy & Antoine Caëcke aka Geriko for Lorn’s music video ‘Anvil’.
It’s the year 2100 and humanity is facing a massively overpopulated society. The two directors Hélène Jeudy and Antoine Caëcke of Geriko have produced this surrealist animation of a disturbing vision of our near future for Lorn’s latest track called ‘Anvil’. Inspired by both Japanese and Belgian comics, the music video takes us on a psychedelic trip visualized in simple in black and white. Please read more below.
The story can be explained rather quickly. In an effort to combat overpopulation, a postmortem social network named “Anvil” has been released. With fantastic visuals, the music video follows a young woman in her final moments on earth.
So sit back and watch this mind-blowing video. A few stills and all credits can be found below. We have also featured this amazing music video on our Vimeo group and channel.
